Return and Refund Policy

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A REFUND/RETURN

We are aware of NON-AUTHORIZED parties selling COUNTERFEIT NCredible Audio on Amazon® and eBay®. We are alerting our valued customers, retailers and distributors that we are aware of this issue and actively working to resolve it.

NCredible Audio has a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases placed directly from our website, www.NCredibleAudio.com. Purchases made at Amazon® or eBay® do not qualify for this guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, please first email support@ncredibleaudio.com to start the return process. All returns require sending back the product with its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After the 30 day grace period, NCredible Audio will not accept returns unless the item is defective under our warranty terms. Unfortunately, NCredible Audio cannot process refunds for items purchased at other retailers.

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A REPLACEMENT

NCredible Audio is happy to send you a replacement for the defective item still under warranty. If the defective item is no longer available, NCredible Audio will replace the item with an equal or lesser priced item at the discretion of the customer.

REPLACEMENT ON DISCONTINUED ITEMS

Should NCredible Audio be unable to replace an item that has been discontinued, the customer will be offered a comparable item or value as shown on the original purchase receipt or invoice. NCredible Audio has the right to disclaim any limited warranty on discontinued products.
