OUR WARRANTIES

NCredible product lines are covered by a limited One-Year warranty.

Our warranties protect the original customer against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the original purchaser for ninety (90) days after the date of purchase from an authorized NCredible franchisee or dealer.

* We are aware of Non-Authorized parties selling Counterfeit NCredible products on Amazon® and eBay®. We are alerting our valued customers, retailers and distributors that we are aware of this issue and actively working to resolve it. Please note that NCredible will NOT honor a limited warranty for any products sold on Amazon® or eBay® by Non-Authorized Retailers. We recommend that you use caution in buying products from Non-Authorized Resellers as some of these products may cause permanent damage to your health.

NCredible Limited Warranty: Superior Communications Inc., doing business as NCredible Audio (here after “NCredible”) warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the original purchaser for ninety (90) days after the date of purchase from a NCredible-owned store or an authorized NCredible franchisee or dealer. NCREDIBLE MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. This warranty does not cover: (a) damage or failure caused by or attributable to abuse, misuse, failure to follow instructions, improper installation or maintenance, alteration, accident, Acts of God (such as floods or lightning), or excess voltage or current; (b) improper or incorrectly performed repairs by persons who are not a NCredible-authorized service facility; (c) consumables such as fuses or batteries; (d) ordinary wear and tear or cosmetic damage; (e)transportation, shipping or insurance costs; (f) costs of product removal, installation, set-up service, adjustment or reinstallation; and (g) claims by persons other than the original purchaser. Should a problem occur that is covered by this warranty, take the product and the NCredible sales receipt as proof of purchase date to any NCredible authorized retailer in the U.S. NCredible will, at its option, unless otherwise provided by law (a)replace the product with the same product, or (b)replace the product with a comparable product (as determined by NCredible). All replaced products become the property of NCredible. NCREDIBLE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND, IF APPLICABLE, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL EXPIRE ON THE EXPIRATION OF THE STATED WARRANTY PERIOD. EXCEPT AS DESCRIBED ABOVE,NCREDIBLE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY TO THE PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY LIABILITY, LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM INCONVENIENCE AND ANY LOSS OF TIME,DATA, PROPERTY, REVENUE, OR PROFIT AND ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF NCREDIBLE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. How do I submit an order through the Online Store?

Once you have your favourite NCredible Audio products in your shopping cart, click ‘Buy Now’ to place your order.

Enter your Shipping Address. Next, click on ‘Place Order’ and process your payment through PayPal. As simple as that!

Check your e-mail, where you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. If you have any queries, ask us at support@ncredibleaudio.com!

How can I pay for my online order?

We currently accept payments (credit/ debit) via Paypal.

Is my information safe if I purchase through the online store?

The security of your online purchases is of critical importance to NCredible Audio. All transactions are performed through secure payment systems. Confidential payment details are transmitted directly in encrypted format (SSL) to the entity.

Which countries can I shop for NCredible Audio products online?

NCredible Audio products are only available in the United States. We will be launching our global online store soon, stay tuned for updates!

What happens after I checkout through the online store?

We charge your credit card or PayPal account when the order is placed. To avoid multiple payment authorizations, please only click “Place Order” button one time.

If you see an error message after clicking “Place Order,” there may be an issue with the billing and/or shipping information entered. Please double check that the billing information you entered during checkout is an exact match to the information your credit card provider has on file. This information includes cardholder’s name as it appears on card, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and CSV code.

By the way: We ship to any address you indicate except for P.O. Boxes. If your billing address is different from the shipping address, make sure you’ve entered both these addresses correctly.

What do I do if my shipped items are damaged?

We’re so sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediatelyat support@ncredibleaudio.com. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt to support@ncredibleaudio.com, be sure to include your order number. We will contact you with next steps.
